Product Push: Gel Eyeliner

Any eyeliner that outlasts spin class and never smudges is a real gem. That is exactly how Bobbi Brown's Gel Eyeliner works, and I've been a loyal fan since 2005. Not make-up savvy? Don't be intimidated by the eyeliner application. Bobbi Brown's Ultra Fine Eyeliner brush makes it impossible to mess up, and in no time you will be a pro with eye makeup that can withstand the harshest weather conditions.

Bonus Tip: For hazel eyes, the black plum color is subtle and brings out the green in eyes.

  2. I have always loved that eyeliner look but never been able to do it, until I bought this. I agree it is brilliant - easy to apply and it actually lasts. I didn't know they did a black plum colour, I look for that.

  7. I've been staring at this and think I might need to take the plunge. I'd like to learn how to wear a bit more eye makeup but fear the smudge or run beneath the eyes aka the black eye effect. Not good.

This sounds manageable and like it doesn't do that...thanks for sharing!

  9. I've heard such amazing things about Bobbi Brown's gel liner. Right now, I have the one by Mac and feel "eh" about it. I can't pinpoint what it is, but it never comes out looking that great (my fault, probably!). I'll give it a few more chances, but if it still disappoints, I'll take your BB recommendation.
