Cedarwood Salmon


Fresh veggies, salmon, and cedarwood is my new favorite combination. The cedarwood adds an entirely new flavor to the dish and is incredibly easy to make. Simply wrap your favorite veggies and meat/fish in a thin plank of cedarwood and smoke it on the BBQ or bake in your oven. The result is a sophisticated and tasty dish. Too busy? Head over to Whole Foods and pick up an assembled meal for $7, and bake for 15 minutes.
