Baked Artichoke

Baked artichoke is the latest vegetable to hit my household, and Jimmy has perfected the recipe. Here are the steps to making this tasty summer treat.

(1) Lightly roll in olive oil.
(2) Put in a dish and cover the top with foil.
(3) Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees (less time for small to medium artichokes).
(4) Serve and enjoy!
