I definitely needed a Detox Day after Turkey Day! I had the "itis" on Thanksgiving and could not move after all of that food! Time to hit the gym!

Oh my haha that's a classic picture! I did the same, I actually ran a race on Thanksgiving day to justify all the food all the food I was going to be eating that night. Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
