Food Friday: Mac & Cheese

One of the great things about blogger friends is swapping recipes. This week I was reading Mara's post on gourmet mac & cheese when and I noticed Jimmy peering over my shoulder. The very next night he was hard at work in the kitchen, creating this amazing comfort food. I have always been a fan of anything doused in cheese, and gourmet mac & cheese hits the spot. The best part of the meal was watching Jimmy marvel at his latest food creation.

  5. In my opinion, it's IMPOSSIBLE to have too much macaroni and cheese. Comfort food never gets old to me -- and this is grown-up mac and cheese! Looks so tasty, dear.

  18. Can I say once again, I'm SO jealous that Jimmy cooks for you! I wish I could get Gabe in on that business. His Mac & Cheese looks glorious! That's definitely one of my favorite dishes. But I agree, you could put cheese on anything and I'd be happy. Hope you have a great weekend, Marcie!

  27. Yay! This is the only way to make mac + cheese! My dad just sent me some boxes of it from the States, which is SO sweet. But I always make everything from scratch. Saving them for a day when I feel really lazy to cook, which seems to be happening often lately :)
