Food Friday: Chicken Tacos

My favorite food is Mexican. I can literally eat it for dinner every night. At my last job, there was a hole in the wall Mexican place that was authentic and cheap. I ate there for lunch every single day for three weeks straight, never tiring of my usual chicken tacos. This week, I came home and found Jimmy making just that. The aroma of the warm corn tortillas in the air instantly uplifted my mood. Fresh veggies, grilled onions and warm corn tortillas were the perfect ending to my long workday.

On another note . . .

Happy 30th to my dear friend Anne!

  1. Looks so yummy. I am a sucker for Mexican food too. It's one thing I believe I'd miss if I ever leave South Texas. But your honey's homemade chicken tacos look as good as any around.
