I am extremely lucky because Jimmy likes to cook, and I am finally give him the credit he deserves. Jimmy's favorite meal consists of sweet corn, ribs, and pork tenderloin. The sweet corn comes from my family's farm, and it is his favorite. He also loves meat. Dinner isn't complete without two types of meat, right?! Thanks to my Auntie for helping Jimmy perfect his rib recipe! I am told that the secret is to bake the ribs for four hours on a low so the meat falls off the bone. Overall, this is a great meal, especially because I have no part in preparing it.

Looks oh-so-delicious!
ReplyDeleteThat looks really good! Jared doesn't believe dinner is complete without enough meat either lol.

This spread looks amazing! I wish I had someone to cook for me. I never have time to cook and end up spending way too much eating out! I actually can't remember the last time I went grocery shopping for things other than cat food and diet pepsi. So sad.
