Food Friday: BB Pancakes

I am not a big breakfast eater, but I love it for dinner and these banana and blueberry pancakes hit the spot! They are very sweet and healthy, unlike other fruit pancakes that cake on whipped cream and sugary fruit (yes, I am talking to you IHOP). These pancakes are insanely easy to make and are delicious. The trick is to cook one side of the pancake, then add fruit before flipping. Try them and you will be forever hooked.

  11. Yes I totally agree, they look healthy and really good and they are much better homemade. While I tend to stick to smoothies M-F, I love making pancakes for everyone on the weekend and Blueberry and banana are definitely the favorites around here.

  23. I make whole-wheat banana pancakes, and they're super yummy! I'm going to have to try it the way you make them though. In my recipe, it calls for mashing the banana first, and then adding it to the batter. Your version seems easier. I love blueberries too, but never put them in my pancakes. I should branch out a little more. :)
