Food Friday: Apricot Jam
I've always loved apricots, but I never thought of using them for jam until I made it last weekend. I went to the family farm and made jam with my auntie, and it was such a sweet (both figuratively and literally) and exciting experience. Making jam is not as hard as I expected, and the sugary sweet aroma of simmering apricots is just amazing. It was a great day filled with family, fresh fruit, and fun. Here is to sweet toast in the morning!
