With not very much time, my husband and I threw together vegetable fried rice. This was a first for us, and it turned out great. I was exhausted from a long day at work, got home late, and we still managed to eat by 7:30. We sauteed onions, spinach, and asparagus, and then steamed rice, cooked an egg and mixed it all together in a pan. We cooked everything in the pan for about 5 minutes, added pepper and soy sauce, and it was done. We will definitely be having this again.
